


Classes, workshops or seminars are limited to a maximum of
15 Artists per class.
Participation and acceptance into the
seminars and workshops are on a first come - first serve basis. Artists who have
paid in full for the seminar will have priority over those "Reserving" their
space by deposit and through making payments.
If your
reservation is canceled due to a workshop being filled by artists who have
paid-in-full before you, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit,
other than that exception there are no refunds after February 15.
The rates show that the cost of the seminar or workshop is
inclusive of tuition and accommodations. Please contact Prof. Phil regarding
alternative acWaiver: All prices are per person. Students are responsible for
their own transportation, personal expenses, personal art supplies and health
insurance. Registration for any seminar constitutes a waiver on the
participants' part regarding any and all injuries or illnesses sustained by the
participant during the dates of the seminar.

Important Information on Policy and Procedures
PAYMENT MADE TO PROF.
PHILIP RUINOV JACOBSON. Pay the full rate and ensure your place in any chosen
workshop or seminar. To register by deposit send $250 US (send
current US dollar equivalent). All final balances are due no later than May
30. It is highly recommended that you pay your balance as soon as possible
to ensure your place in the summer academy. All students making full-payment are
assured a place and given precedent over those who have an outstanding balance.
A 'materials list' is supplied upon registration.
Payments are in
the current US dollar equivalent to the EURO and based on the exchange rate for

All payments are ultimately converted to the
Euro standard at the exchange rate posted at the time payment is received and
cleared. On site payment at the seminar for any outstanding balance is due in
Euros only, although final payment is due by May 30. Participation and

Refunds: You may
receive a refund up until February 15, less a 20% cancellation fee of the
total cost of the course, workshop or seminar you have registered for. No
refunds after February 15. There will be no refunds issued after this date,
either in full, partially, or as “roll-over” tuition for the next year. If your
reservation is cancelled due to a workshop being filled up by students who have
paid-in-full ahead of you, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit.
Waiver: All prices are per person. Students are responsible for
their own air fare, local transportation, personal expenses, personal art
supplies and health insurance while abroad. Registration for any seminar
constitutes a waiver on the participants part regarding any and all injuries or
illnesses sustained by the participant during the dates of the seminar at the
Hotel Marien Hof and/or during field trips. Payment made for the seminar tuition
constitutes an agreement with Prof. Rubinov Jacobson to the aforementioned
articles of the waiver including theft or loss of personal artcles or monetary
instruments..
TUITION

studio supplies (such as: turpentine, linseed oil, varnish, mediums, panels,
etc.) Not Included: airfare, personal art materials, and museum fees,
medical insurance and local
transportation).
